Refund policy
MFANI provides digital products. Because digital content cannot be returned like physical goods, refunds are limited and handled carefully.
When refunds are possible
A full refund may be issued if:
- Production has not started
- MFANI is unable to fulfil the order
- Production is considered started once your submitted details are reviewed and work begins.
When refunds are not usually possible
Refunds are generally not available:
- After production has started
- After digital content has been delivered
- Delivery is considered complete once your files are sent via download link.
- Because digital products cannot be returned like physical items, refunds are not automatic after delivery.
Case by case consideration
We understand that in some situations the final result may not fully meet expectations.
Where appropriate, MFANI may review requests after delivery and, at its discretion, issue a partial or full refund.
Each situation is assessed individually.
How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued through PayPal and returned to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on PayPal and your bank.
How to request a refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for review.
