Modern Framework for African Innovation (MFANI) is based in Malawi and helps small businesses look serious online. We create marketing videos, songs, and digital content that make your brand stand out instead of looking like something made in Microsoft Paint in 2007🎨

What other services do you offer?
In addition to content creation, MFANI also supports businesses with digital transformation solutions.

What is digital transformation and do I need it?
It means replacing paperwork, repetitive tasks, and scattered systems with connected digital tools. For example, automating hiring, customer follow-up, invoicing, reporting, and internal approvals. If you're doing any of these manually, chasing people on WhatsApp, or using tools that refuse to talk to each other, you probably need it😅

What happens during the free digital transformation consultation?
We discuss your current setup, identify bottlenecks, and map out what's slowing you down. After the call, you'll know exactly what needs to change and what your next digital phase should look like.

How is digital transformation different from your creative content services?
Creative content helps you market your business. Digital transformation builds the systems that run your business. One makes you visible. The other makes you efficient.

Is this for real businesses or just influencers?
If you sell something, offer a service or want to send a message to your ex wife, this is for you. Barbers, salons, shops, caterers, hustlers, creators - you don't need followers to benefit. You just need a business that deserves better marketing.

I've never bought anything online before. Is this complicated?
No. The process is simple. Choose a service, fill in the short form, complete payment. If you can send a message on Facebook or upload a photo on Instagram, you can handle this. If you managed to reach this page, you're already qualified🎓

Do I need marketing knowledge?
NOT at all. Just describe your business in normal language. No buzzwords needed.

What if my idea isn't clear?
That's normal. Send what you have and we'll work with it.

Is this only for Africa?
Noooooo, MFANI works with clients worldwide. As long as you have internet access, you're good. Yes, even from outer space.

Do you offer full creative agency services?
No. MFANI operates as a content production system. You provide the business details or message, and we produce structured digital content. We do not offer open ended branding or design consultancy. No endless meetings. No six month strategy workshops. No PowerPoint presentations explaining what a colour palette is.

Are you humans or robots?
Humans running the operation. Smart tools (AI) help speed up production, but real people manage the work.

Ordering

How do I place an order?
Choose your product, then fill in the order form with your business details, complete payment. You will be asked to provide your business name, what you are promoting, key message, and any important information we need to include. Once submitted, production begins.

What happens after I pay?
You receive confirmation and production begins after your information is reviewed.

What if I explain my idea badly?
There's no wrong way to explain. Just write normally. The way you talk to your customers or describe your business to a friend is exactly what we need. Send what you have and we’ll work with it. We’ve seen worse 😅

Can I change my order after paying?
If work hasn't started, changes are usually possible. Once production begins, changes may be limited.

Do I need to create an account?
No unnecessary steps. Ordering is kept simple.

Payment

Why do I pay first?
Production begins after confirmation. This keeps the workflow efficient and fair.

Is payment safe?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. MFANI never sees, stores, or has access to your debit or credit card details, bank account information, or payment credentials. All sensitive financial data is handled directly by PayPal.

What payment methods are accepted?
Depending on your country, PayPal accepts major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. In some regions, PayPal may also allow direct bank payments or balance payments if you have a PayPal account.

Are there hidden charges?
No. The displayed price is what you pay.

What if my payment fails but money leaves my account?
Contact support@mfani.com. Payment issues can be tracked and resolved.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds for digital products are limited because content cannot be returned once delivered. A full refund may be issued if production has not yet started or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Once production begins or files are delivered, refunds are generally not available.

However, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis if the final result does not meet expectations. Refund requests must be submitted to support@mfani.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and explanation. Approved refunds are processed through PayPal and returned to your original payment method. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

Delivery

How long does production take?
Production takes 3 to 5 business days. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Malawi. Orders placed before 12:00 noon Malawi time (GMT+2) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon begin the next business day.

How will I receive my content?
Via download link sent by e-mail. No USB sticks. No pigeons 🐦

What if I don't like the result?
Minor revisions are included to ensure usable output.

Can I request changes?
Yes, within the revision scope listed on each product page.

Can you post the content for me?
We deliver the files ready to use. Posting them is your job. We believe in you 🙂

Will other businesses receive the same content?
No. Each order is produced specifically for the client.

Do I own what I purchase?
Yes. After delivery, the content is yours. You may use it, reproduce it, distribute it, publish it, modify it, and promote your business with it. You may use it for commercial purposes without restriction. MFANI does not retain copyright over your finished material.

Support & Communication

Can I call or WhatsApp for support?
To maintain efficient production and avoid delays, MFANI does not offer phone or WhatsApp support. All communication is handled through e-mail or the contact form.

Why are communication channels limited?
We're a small team. Sometimes we're taking the trash out, syncing databases, or figuring out why the blockchain is suddenly feeling dramatic. To keep things organized and your delivery on time, we handle communication through structured channels. No lost WhatsApp messages at 11:47 pm📵

Can I use Ziki, the chatbot?
Yes. Ziki doesn't sleep, doesn't get tired, and definitely doesn't burn the fufu (unlike the humans). Ask a question anytime.

How do I contact you?

Will I receive a response?
Yes. Messages are reviewed regularly and answered in order received.
